For Emily Ahlering, real estate is about both client and agent relationships and the art of the deal.

After graduating from Miami of Ohio, Emily moved to Chicago and spent several years working in hospitality and sales. In the Spring of 2015, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and joined Mandel Residential of @properties. Emily’s quick study and likeminded business approach allowed the team to exceed expectations. Emily is still highly connected to her Chicago network and real estate team.

In 2022, after having their son, Emily and her family decided to move back to her hometown of Columbus and get her Ohio license. She is now a member of the Vutech | Ruff of Cutler Real Estate team. 

Emily’s attention to detail and experience managing many moving parts has made real estate a natural fit. An attentive listener, she thoroughly comprehends all of the different needs of her clients and works to get the results they need. With a particular interest and eye for design, she is able to assist her clients to curate spaces that maximize their dollar if selling, and envision their dream space if they are purchasing. She is committed to providing an exemplary customer service experience and is excited to share her enthusiasm for Columbus and its neighborhoods.
